Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
- Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories or documentation.
- To initiate a return, please contact sahilkapoor1575@gmail.com with your order ID and reason for return.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and approved by our team.
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
- Shipping fees are refundable only if the return results from our error (e.g., damaged or wrong product).
Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by emailing sahilkapoor1575@gmail.com.
- Once the order has been shipped, cancellations are not permitted.
